March 30, 2012 update!
PAINTED MOUNTAIN
Painted Mountain is an art project about one of the most ancient geological formations on planet Earth, the tepuis, or table mountains in south-eastern Venezuela, on the border to Brazil.

Geraldina Whaley-Ewers, Atlanta, represents me in Georgia, and is at present placing Painted Mountain as a future museum exhibition in Georgia.

I will complete the paintings for Painted Mountain, just like I did with Corona Borealis for Embrace!, within a limited time frame, with preparatory work and drawings in April and May. I will return to Venezuela in June for the completion of the paintings in June, July and August, this year.

The purchase of Corona Borealis by the City of Växjö for the new town hall makes the new art project Painted Mountain possible

Thank You, Bo Frank, Mayor, Växjö for the purchase of Corona Borealis!

UPDATE!

Corona Borealis painted directly for EMBRACE!, at the House of Emigrants, Växjö, Sweden, is purchased by the City of Växjö to be permanently placed at the entrance in the new town hall!
